2022 “Cuvée Cinso”, Vin Rouge

Overall, 2022 was an excellent vintage in the Central Coast, and the vineyards from which these grapes derive did not suffer the debilitating effects of unseasonably warm weather. We were fortunate to be able to co-ferment in large part the Cinsaut and Syrah, which is a technique that helps to stabilize the color in Cinsaut, which is normally chromically (sic) challenged.
